AnySupport provides users with live remote support abilities to access and control remote customers' computers.
AnySupport is an online computer assistance solution for call center and help desk personnel to diagnose and solve technical issues in real-time, requiring no installation or configuration for the customer.
Customers are treated to a seamless support experience, because no downloads or configuration is required to allow support personnel to fix their computers. Once you use AnySupport to assist your customers, you can diagnose and solve the problem as if you were sitting in front of customer's computer.
AnySupport is designed for call center and help desk support operators to offer instant live assistance. A customer with a computer problem will request help from support, and using AnySupport, the support personnel can have remote control of the customer's computer to diagnose the problem as if they were making a home visit.
Customers are treated to a painless experience, because no downloads or configuration is required to allow support personnel to fix their computers.
Here are some key features of "AnySupport":
Two-way Desktop Viewing:
* Remotely view your clients desktop in real time. Share your desktop or invite others to share your clients desktop.
Multi-Session:
* Create up to 10 remote support sessions to simultaneously support multiple clients at a time.
Easy File Transfer:
* Easily transfer files and folders between the remote computer and yours. Simply type Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to transfer files in either direction.
Two-way Remote Control:
* With authorization from the customer, take control of the mouse and keyboard on the remote computer to quickly resolve configuration issues or demonstrate solutions.
Reboot and Reconnect:
* Automatically reconnect and resume the support session after you restart the remote computer.
Live Chat:
* Remotely view your clients desktop in real time. Share your desktop or invite others to share your clients desktop.
Annotation Tools:
* Visually communicate with your clients using a virtual "laser pointer" and drawing tools. Clients can also draw, circle, and mark areas where they need help.
Multi-Monitor Support:
* View remote desktops when your client is using multiple monitors.
Management Center:
* A manager can perform administrative actions in the management center. A manager can modify agent information, or add or delete agents. A manager can also view session data and agent status in the management center.
