DesktopOK is a handy, easy to use application specially designed to help you save and restore the position of your desktop icons and also come as a solution for users who frequently change the screen resolution.
DesktopOK does not have to be installed and can be executed easily from the desktop, and can be carried on a small usb-stick or other memory device.
Here are some key features of "DesktopOK":
