Service Master will allow your property management team to create, print and track work orders in an easy yet organized way. You are able to quickly generate work orders, print copies and automatically save to the powerful database.
Service Master application transforms your current antiquated paper and filing system into a highly functional computerized system. Accurate reports ensure maintenance work is completed so your residents stay happy and resident retention is achieved.
Service Master is designed to eliminate the dreaded duplicate work order. When you start a new work order Service Master checks the entire database for any outstanding work orders for that unit and any outstanding orders are displayed before you make a duplicate. This feature saves valuable time for both office and maintenance staff.

* Network ready - run on any windows network with as many users as you want.
* Print security deposit transmittals. Just fill in the blanks to create a professional report for your move outs.
* Print Three Day Notices to delinquent tenants.
* Optional Password protection with different users. Setup users with different rights: print, add, edit, or administrator.
* Backup and restore.
* Requires no additional software or services.
* Prints on standard paper ( 8 1/2 x 11 ).
* Works with any standard printer.
* Only one sheet of paper needed per work order.
* Work order includes both service person, and resident sections.
* Create a custom work order message to your tenants.
* Special notes to service person, for example; dog, alarm, day sleeper, etc.
* Notifies you of prior special information, and phone numbers when adding new work order.

* All work order records entered during free trial period remain after registration.
